The package includes all necessary hardware, including both a C-clamp and grommet mount. I opted for the C-clamp, and the grip is solid with zero desk damage. It fit cleanly onto a 1.5” thick desk surface. VESA compatibility (75x75 and 100x100) is spot on — mounted a 27” 1440p monitor weighing ~14 lbs with no issues. Adjustment: The gas spring mechanism is very smooth right out of the box. Tension can be adjusted to accommodate different monitor weights (4.4–22 lbs), and the arm holds position perfectly once set. Movement is fluid in all axes — tilt, swivel, rotation, and height adjustment feel premium. Perfect for switching between sitting and standing or landscape to portrait mode. 4*a bc if your desk sits against the wall then you have to install this arm all the way to either side of your desk, why you ask it is bc of the arm has to be pointed out towards the back or else you will have a screen right up in yo face lol so I installed it to the left of my desk and not arms are pointed to the right. I'll post a pic so y'all can see what I am saying. I like the mount a lot tbh I would recommend it if your fine with the way I set it up or if your desk isn't right up against the wall, if your up against the wall I would suggest a differnt maybe a full motion mount. But I liked the price of this one so I am keeping it lol

I've used many different visa mounts over the years for this particular monitor and never had a problem with them. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with one. The screw bottomed out in my monitor, pushed the plastic insert the screw goes into further into the monitor and now when I try to screw it out it doesn't budge. Not sure how I will get this out atm but I'd suggest just getting a different monitor arm, not worth risking the screw being to big for your monitor and having a headache figuring out how to get it out.
