2 screens are better than 1 and 3 screens are better than 2! I can now face forward on my teams calls and have more room on my desk. I was trying to walk before and my monitors were angled and throwing off my balance. Now I can work more effectively and walk and have camera straight center. Cons- the laptop isn’t adjustable to push back! I want to try and find if they sell a shorter arm. If my desk was deeper this wouldn’t be such a problem. The installation was a whole thing. Took a few hours. The arms on the side monitors were tricky to push down and loosen the tension- why do they start soooo tense?!?! Pushing down with force, on a step ladder, while trying to unscrew this tightness was not ideal. I do like the spring loaded side arms- if someone in living room talks to me, I can raise a monitor to talk then lower back down easily. Another pro I’d like to mention is the quality. Very strong. I’m not worried about the thing falling and I have a very thin desk top (under 1 inch). ... show more

    • Great product but ...
I was using this for a laptop (with doc) and two 23 inch monitors. Everything fit and held up just fine. The assembly instructions are very well put together they even include some extra parts if needed. The product does everything it says and deserves high marks (although I'm not really sure how to rate "sheerness" as it does not seem to apply to this type of hardware. The only problem for me is the height of my desk. The pictures look great, and the concept seems great, but for me once it was all assembled it just doesn't fit my desk and space. I need to sit on a stool to keep from looking up so high all the time. Regrettably, I need to return the product and look for another option. ... show more

This product is very sturdy. Both of my monitors measure 24 inches diagonally. My laptop measures 15 inches diagonally. I am able to get my monitors far enough apart where my laptop screen fits in between them, with no part of any screen being blocked. So I will no longer have to look down at my laptop screen. The one thing I found a bit frustrating is the adjustments on the gas spring arm compressors. I found it difficult to get them adjusted properly, and the directions are not very clear on which adjustments do what with that piece of the set up. However, I did eventually get it set where I want and know how to do it should I need to move them again. So I would consider it just a minor bump, not enough to give it less of a rating. And I was able to put it together. It was a little tedious, but all the parts were there, separated in pouches, and very well marked. They even included a couple of spare parts if needed. I have found it to be a very good product and am very happy at the space it has freed up on my desk since I have a small one at home. ... show more

    • Can’t lower monitor to desk level
I’ve had this for about 5 months now. It’s great for having more desk space since monitors are no longer on it. Over the past few months, it’s bent my desk because of the weight of the monitors plus the laptop (ikea desk). I didn’t take this into consideration when ordering. One thing I really don’t like is the monitors can’t get low enough to be at a good eye level or even right next to the laptop which means I’m always looking up, I had neck pain for a while. The monitors are either behind the mail too or above it. I’ve tried to get it next to the laptop so it looks like 3 screens side by side but it just doesn’t work. Olmert most likely place the base back on my monitors and go back to normal set up ... show more

    • My desk looks like it has 3 faces. (And I like it!!)
First off, customer service was responsive with a question I had and they helped me straighten something out. (Not concerning the usability of the product). As for the unit itself, it is amazing. I have it set up with the C clamp and not the grommet. It fit on my desk easily and snugly. Pro tip: make sure you have plenty of room in the back and on the sides of your desk. I have mine set up in a small room. If I had the available space, i could have put this together in a 3rd of the time. And as it was, it didn't take long. It looks a bit daunting but you quickly realize they the instructions are clear (not pick: it's not 100% perfect) and the pieces go together easily. In other words, it very hard to mess the assembly up. That said, you WILL need a screwdriver. Get one ready before you start. It's a bit tricky figuring out how to set my arms at the right height and tension but once you realize how to do it (~ 1 minute) it is clear and easy to do. My daughter said it makes my room look crowded but that's because I have 3 monitors open and, as I said, I'm in a small space. 9/10 would suggest this to a friend. ... show more

    • This is NOT the one you want!
You can set this up and connect it the way it says BUT this is NOT as good as the same manufacturer’s single monitor Mount arm!! Their single monitor arm is much nicer and the rise and lowering of the monitor is much better with the other product! The other product allows adjustment of the screen tilt without using the Allen wrenches to do so. This Mount requires you to set the tilt and tighten it as a fixed tilt. I change the tilt on my monitors daily, sometimes four or five times a day. I am returning and ordering another single monitor mount! I wish it would have worked as I needed! ... show more
