Once I figured out how to assemble the Sofa the rest was a breeze. [Had a missing part] Customer service was fantastic and expeditiously sent replacement piece. Love 💘 the look of it on my patio. The set seems to be pretty durable. It does come in a lot of pieces so it will take some time to put it all together, but once complete it turns out nice. I highly recommend getting a nonskid pads for under the cushions so that they stay put.

Be prepared to dedicate 6 hours by yourself to put this furniture together. My hands are torn up because everything is put together with a Allen wrench. I swear I feel like a contortionist. Like the outcome but not directions and pieces. BTW 100 Allen screws and washers and I still have to put the ottoman together.

Okay, so, the product itself is nice. I will say, the cushion covers are not water resistant, which I did not know , so keep that in mind. The cushions themselves are lightweight as well, so with high winds, they easily go flying off. Other than that, however, it is perfect for our very small pool walking area. We didn’t use the table, as our space is so small to get around the pool. For the price it is good. Now let me get to shipping- it did arrive on time- BUT it came with the wrong parts. So had to wait additional time for the correct part. That was annoying. I will say, though, customer service was right on top of it, and responded promptly with all my concerns.

The first thing to understand is the shipment comes in 3 boxes. Watch your email from the company for the 3 tracking numbers. For me one box arrived a week ahead of the other boxes -- one quick email and that was cleared up. The product is packed very well. Not all pieces had the label corresponding with the directions -- however, the directions are good and have detailed pictures of each piece...so take your time to group each items part together before you begin assembly. The pieces go together very easily...it's time consuming but in the end you will have a beautiful set to enjoy!
