I bought this for use at work, where I spend a lot of time on phone calls (through both my mobile phone and VOIP on my laptop) and online meetings. I wanted something more comfortable than an over-the-ear bluetooth device or a real headset. This neckband is very comfortable and convenient, and seems to suit the purpose just fine. The noice cancellation feature works better than I expected. My only real complaint is that it will only pair with one device at a time, unlike my other bluetooth items. So if I want to attend an online meeting on my laptop, I have to disconnect it from my mobile phone's bluetooth connection and then reconnect it with my laptop, and vice-versa. I've got the type of ears that are not compatible with in the ear buds, they just don't stay put even when sitting still let alone when moving around. I was skeptical that these would be any different but opted to give them a try as I needed a set of bluetooth headphones because the port on my phone stopped working. These ticked all the boxes: they are light, have solid battery life, have integrated controls and microphone, and allow me to hear ambient sounds so I can wear them when hiking without being oblivious to my surroundings. The battery lasts around 10+ hours and charges using a standard micro USB cable. They come with 3 different sizes of adapters which allow you to customize the fit for your ears. I actually use the large size in one ear and the medium size in the other ear. Thanks to the clip that keeps the wire in place, the headphones stay in place reasonably well and do not get tugged on by the wire creeping to one side or the other. They will still fall out on me from time to time but they fit far better than any other in the ear bud I've ever tried. The sound quality is great but they are by design, not noise cancelling; these are designed to let in sounds so you can use them in public places and still be aware of your surroundings. If you're looking for a bluetooth headset, you won't be disappointed with these. ... show more

The sound is pretty good...but the noise cancelling is a bit meh. I work in a machine shop with air hoses so when there is a loud blast it tends to freak out the headphones and they make a loud noise. I've tried switching modes but I was better off with it off. Also, the earbud shape is like an oval. So if you want to put your own earbuds on it, good luck. I'm gonna have these for my gym only and not so much for everyday work. They don't work that well at reducing outside sounds with the noise cancelling off. ... show more

The neck style earbuds are awesome as the batteries last much longer and stable! When I need to take off the earbuds piece, they stick together and keep the whole unit without it falling off. Right ear bud gave out already. And the noise cancelation is legit but it you get a really loud sudden noise, the noise cancelation freaks out and makes a really loud static noise.. not worth it =/

While on the phone they had way to much noise for the other person. Then while listening to music any hammering or saws I used echoed in my head and was awful. The buttons at a quick grab to answer calls or adjust were not natural either.

The sound quality is the best I have ever enjoyed in multiple complex environments. It is Very smart and comfortable! This is the sports headset with the highest configuration that I have used. It has ANC+ENC function and can freely adjust the mode. Even in a noisy station, the call is very clear. ENC can filter out the noise around me so that the other party can only hear my voice.
