With having 3 people use our Vive regularly, We had the other wide face, perforated, faux leather cushions that we switched out for each player. Having a more narrow face than my Hubs or Son, I found they were rubbing my hair off at the corners of my face, so I went searching for an alternative... this face cushion was perfect. It was a bit itchy when I started sweating during extended strenuous sessions with the first one but, a few uses & that went away. I am assuming it’s something on the new foam. I’m sure they could be rinsed first to remove any chemicals if you’ve got sensitivities. I will try that before I start using the second one & update later. I’ve been using it for a few months now nearly everyday for 30-80 mins. I just use a paper towel to blot the foam after particularly sweaty sessions then leave out to dry. The foam has held up well with sometimes multiple uses per day. I do my best to pull on the backing rather than the foam itself when removing it from the headset. Other than the initial itchiness, I find them much more comfortable than the ones I used before & my hair grew right back in. ... show more

Nobody wants to put on a sweat-drenched VR headset after someone else! These cushions are washable and reusable and promotes healthy and clean gameplay. Pros: Fits rectangular glasses well Comfortable fit Cons: Peel after a year or so of use Gets hair stuck in it easy Washing in the washer must be delicate wash (BE CAREFUL LOL) These are the original face cushions. I had to buy new ones since my mom sweated out my original due to intensive Beat Saber workouts. They're pretty damn expensive but it came with extra replacements, and it lasts quite a while under normal usage. I looked at the reviews and came to the conclusion that these would work for a Vive Pro. They too small for the Vive Pro mask. There were two in the box though, so that's nice.

My old face pad was gross from a year of use. The backup one included was for narrow faces, and it was outright uncomfortable. This pack of wide face cushions solved my problem, and now I can spend hours in VR with my glasses on and not feel any facial fatigue!

In the image for the product they used a 3D model that does not display that the face cushion is made of GARBAGE FOAM. In the image it looks like rubber or something! Awful. These are the SAME as the regular vive face cushion. DON'T BOTHER.
