We had issues with a pump and I contacted the seller. Not only was he very responsive but took the time to tell me exactly what I needed in order for the pump to work. We purchased first pump three years ago lasted about a year 2nd pump was purchased not realizing it had a two year warranty. Installation was easy. Worked fine for 8 months and then just quit, tripping breakers and getting really hot without starting. Tried to return under warranty but get directed to a non-existent site. No customer assistance link.
