The media could not be loaded. It was delivered at 2PM and the video attached was taken at 4PM the same day. Super easy to assemble and install. It has been running for over a month now. I did have to pull it out about a week after installation to clean out the debris, but has been good since. Our pond had become super mucky and the fish were dying off. This fountain cleared up the water within a couple of days and hopefully will help the fish with more oxygen in the water. I have a step-by-step video from unboxing/assembly to installation. I just need to edit it and put it all together. I was going to try to build my own, but would have only saved me a few dollars and I wasn't sure if it would even work.     • Great fountain at a excellent value!
Checked some of the other "Name Brand" fountains online and they were much more expensive than this fountain and appeared to be the same quality. The pump appears to be the exact same as the more expensive ones. I purchased the extended warranty coverage and the light kit just in case and still saved a bunch of money. Fountain is beautiful and bigger than i expected. I will update if any problems arise but so far so good. Great Value! ... show more

The unit worked great for a 1 months. One random day within 2 months it stopped working. I go take it out and check it. It is not clogged with debris. All is ok. Still doesn't work once plugged in. I tried to trouble shoot it and something with the motor or electric is not working. Normal usage is during daylight hours then it is manually unplugged so it does not run during the night time. Im truly disappointed after spending so much money on this and I cannot return it. ... show more

I shopped for months on various sites and even legitimate companies for a fountain of good quality and price. For the price quality and features of this fountain I highly recommend purchasing this fountain for your property. Under 1k and the look and quality is superb. Took under 30 minutes to put together. Comes with long enough lines and clips to hold the fountain in place. The mesh bag/ filter is super easy to clean as well. 10/10 will buy again. ... show more
