I liked it for a day or two. my main mistake was putting a high-pile shag rug in my living room with high traffic and cats. it has been a nightmare to keep clean. of course I was stubborn and tried to make it work because I wanted a soft rug, but by the time I decided I couldn't keep it as clean as I wanted, I had missed the return window. Debris gets trapped deep between all the fibers and I have to comb the rug to be able to get out anything with a vacuum, and even then it is still full of debris. Gonna get rid of it and get a low-pile rug thats easy to vacuum and keep clean. ... show more
