I bought this printer and it did great for the first 20 ish pictures I printed. After that it started making this really loud screeching noise, wouldn't feed the printer paper through and the ink ribbon jammed. The media could not be loaded. I originally bought a Kodak model and ended up sending it back immediately the same day because the stupid thing wouldn’t even connect with my Bluetooth, which meant I couldn’t print. I tried troubleshooting everything… I tried calling the company (which was already closed for day) and I tried looking for YouTube videos and finally, I decided it was going back rather than wasting any more time troubleshooting. I’m so happy I did because this model is amazing!! It is user friendly and was very easy to set up! It connected to my Bluetooth and WiFi immediately.
