Admittedly, the price was affordable and reasonable for a gaming laptop (HP Victus AMD Ryzen 5-7535HS) which was released in 2022. Also, it has 32 gigs of RAM and 1TB SSD. It sells for up to $900.00 at other retailers. In summary, the HP Victus Ryzen 5 Gaming Laptop is an outstanding choice for gamers. It strikes the perfect balance between power, design, and versatility, making it suitable for gaming, content creation, and everyday use, its features and performance are the same as a gaming laptop that costs 3 times as much. Hi! This is a great PC. Came quickly and with no issues. Thanks! However, just note that this is NOT a fresh PC from HP. The company selling this bought this in bulk, upgraded the PC with the specs listed above, and then shipped it out. So any issues you have will be with that company, not with HP. It worked perfectly for resource light gaming and browsing, girlfriend loved it. One week later, it gets stuck in a spinning circle + the logo. No windows login, only spinny circle. Went into bios and played with the boot order, set up a USB windows installer and used that to try restoring, undoing updates, use cmd prompt and chkdsk and sfc scannow + other restore methods ive forgotten at this point. Seemed like a failure of the ssd, mobo, or the connector between the 2. Luckily this happened well within the return period. The build quality was really nice, hopefully just a fluke, but a super fun time was not had. ... show more

After several months of use, the HP Victus Ryzen 5 7535HS has performed very well. The FHD 144Hz screen is smooth, the performance is solid, and it stays cool under load. Great choice for gaming and work. Excellent value for the price.

The laptop looks nice, but the offer was with an external SSD drive that was missing in the box. Displeased with that. The laptop was for a project that already started, and the only way to solve this, as Viqar on customer service told me was to send the laptop back to the seller. I was excited to receive this laptop package, which was advertised to include the external SSD. The SSD was not a crucial component for my project, but it was missing upon arrival. I'm incredibly disappointed with Amazon's handling of this situation. Their only solution was to return the entire order, which is an unacceptable response. It's as if Amazon is saying that the missing SSD is a minor inconvenience, and that I should simply return the entire package and start over. This is a frustrating and seems like an illogical solution that could significantly impact my project. ... show more

So far it works great, battery is decent and it doesn't heat up too much. Sound is decent and it handles multitasking well so far. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is it says it comes with a 512gb external sd, which it didnt. Dont know if that's something they need to edit in the description or have the people packing them make sure they include it. Handles older games like Skyrim and Fallout 4 really well and resource hungry programs like photoshop so far easily. ... show more
