Beautiful budget laptop for running games. It has a weaker graphics card so just be advised that the GPU is the bottleneck for these machines. This is not a product you buy and upgrade for game performance but if you want to play casual games(the sims, mid res death stranding, etc) it does the job. This unit is great. I don't have much to add to other reviews. But I can confirm that this model is easily upgradable to 64gig of memory. I used a gskill ripsaw kit at 1.2v. Its only seven small screws and a little bit of gentle manipulation to remove the back.

Within two months of purchase the battery became faulty and no longer kept a charge. I contacted the vendor who advised me to contact HP. HP claimed that my warranty had expired and when I disputed it they informed me that this vendor is not an 'authorized HP vendor' and that the 1 year warranty was not applicable. When I contacted the vendor they refused to replace the laptop, battery, or reimburse for HP to repair the laptop because they are a 'third party vendor'. I had expected to have access to the 1 year warranty at purchase but this was NOT the case. Buyer beware. ... show more
