I got this because I didn’t want anything so expensive or brand new. I wasn’t expecting this to be brand new either I also wasn’t expecting a working charger by the reviews. Unfortunately it came with the wrong charger but to buy a new charger it was only like $20 the MacBook is perfect besides the the charger and there’s a small little white dot on the screen I thought it was something on the screen at first but it’s not. It doesn’t bother me tho and it’s so small half the time I forget about it. The Mac did not come updated so if you need this immediately expect hours of updating. My laptop works like new. Cosmetically near perfect. There is one small imperfect spot, that's all. Twenty-four hours after I purchased, the price had decreased by about $60. I spoke with customer service of the Amazon company I purchased from and they issued a price reduction credit, without issue. After I received my laptop, (that worked perfectly until I need to charge it). The charger that was included would not charge the laptop. I let them know, and they sent a replacement right away.     • Don't order from this seller! Sells garbage merchandise!
So I purchase a refurbished MacBook Pro for my daughter's school work in what was noted by the seller as "Excellent/Like New" condition. That sounds like that is a laptop in pretty damn good condition, right? Wrong. Getting it set up was its own challenge and required a call to Apple Support in order to get it up and running. Finally got it set up and it worked "okay" for a couple months (no major issues), but the challenges didn't stop there. 3 months after purchase the laptop just stopped turning on. Done. Black. Non responsive. We conducted every troubleshooting item from Apple and from YouTube, etc., and nothing worked. Took it to the Apple store and was told that the laptop is completely shot...the Genius said now every time we want to turn it on, we would have to unscrew the back off of the laptop, disconnect/reconnect the battery to the motherboard, and screw it back together. But also that power button (and backspace button) simply don't work anymore so if it runs out of battery, there is no more turning it on. Keep in mind, we JUST bought that laptop from THIS seller. Since this seller's "90 day warranty" ran out 11 days (not 6 months, not a year...just over ONE WEEK) prior to the laptop breaking down, the seller refused to do the right thing and make this right. So do yourself a favor and steer clear of this seller...buy NOTHING from them. They don't have your back, they don't do the right thing, they sell garbage equipment but describe it as "Like New" and no one should do business that way. ... show more

I love this laptop... I have been using this laptop for a couple of day you would think it runs slow because it’s a older model but no it amazing and works very fast and is great if your looking for have you first MacBook on a budget. It was an amazing price but the only thing that was wrong with it is it had a dent near the apple logo when it came but it’s refurbished so I was not mad.     • Love the laptop hate the battery
Battery doesn’t work and I can’t afford to send in because I need it for my brokerage so now I gotta keep computer plugged up and stationary until I can find time to fix battery because the battery doesn’t work they offered to take it back but timing is very off I don’t know what to do??😢

It is a very good affordable MacBook no scratches or anything but did come with the wrong charger and had to go to Best Buy and get one for $70 for a faster delivery instead of amazon.but in all it’s a amazing MacBook and I recommend getting it.
