Windows update locked the computer in less than 24 hours. The track pad is unusable as it is stuck pressing left click. I had to hit the device from the back to free it up enough to stop it holding the click. I had to purchase a separate mouse. I wish I could get my money back but keep the device since I found a way to make it usable by wiping the hard drive and installing Linux.and buying a wireless mouse. ... show more

The only issue I have so far is that my email app and other apps I've used for more than 10 yrs on numerous computers tend to go blank if left up but not in use. I was so happy to catch a black Friday sale with this laptop. I was scared to purchase a refurbished computer I couldn't afford a new one, after long days of reading laptop reviews something kept drawing me back to this one. I'm so happy it did. I'm in love with my laptop it has worked perfectly since day one I don't have one complaint!! Well maybe one which was shipping I didn't get my prime delivery it took several weeks which was disappointing but totally worth the wait. I did purchase a brand-new laptop while waiting on this, I'll just say it was a complete nightmare and waste of time. Returned 2 days after receiving. This will be my new go too laptop!! It's beautiful, but I already have a problem. The battery percent hasn't gone down for several hours and I'm worried the battery isn't being read correctly. It also doesn't state how much time is left ton the battery. We'll see. Well, so far I'm not impressed. Just the basic task for watching YouTube is giving problems, lag, stutters...
