purchased in june of last year and due to circumstances share this with my mom. can run basic games like minecraft and roblox pretty okay, laggy but you can make do. for the price its a good laptop for school/work use and can handle multiple profiles being stored. no problems with battery life, everything is pretty much as you expect. would recommend for someone who cant afford but needs a laptop. pink color also comes as shown. ... show more

Comes with Windows 11 and S-mode, but seller provides clear instructions on how to get out of S-mode. Other than the intrusive drawbacks of Windows 11, the computer itself is a nice color and a value for the money. The seller neglected to include the "Snowbell" card, which is a flat, credit-card size 32gb USB drive. But when I contacted the seller about it, he quickly sent one, no questions asked. If all you want to do is email, web surfing, and some light office work, this computer is more than sufficient. It needs more storage, but you can buy an inexpensive USB backup drive for that. ... show more

Not user friendly and not a good laptop period. I don't like to leave bad reviews and I'm not tech smart. My teenager is and he's checked it out and agreed this one does not work well, immediately. No damage, barely any use and it runs like it's 10 years old. Freezes, runs slow even with no downloads yet, storage barely touched. This item was purchased for someone's birthday gift. This laptop was purchased for school purpose only, the person said it was light weight and great size. Pretty color however after three use the computer stop working. It asked for the pin but they couldn't put a pin since the keyboard didn't work , it was plugged it and the computer just didn't turn on.
