Spoke with Tyler the technician just a few ago and he helped me with determining an issue I had with my computer, contacted me very quickly and is even sending a replacement part immediately. Will update after receiving replacement part. Customer service I give a solid 5 stars not on hold very long at all and very helpful Update 1: I received the replacement part fairly quick and installed it, it was a graphics card. It was not displaying onto the monitor. The second one does work I went into the control panel using the standard port. Will update after they respond to my email. Horrible pc does not work at all and tech support was no help at all! I had bought this for a birthday present for my child and when we tried to set it up it never turned on and makes a loud sound coming from the PC... It's been over a week trying to get my refund on this! Hell and back now I had to pay an extra fee to ship it back? Buyers beware this a third party and will not be an easy return! ... show more

For a 300 dollar starter Gaming computer that I got For my friend. The graphics are a bit slow but They can play, phasmo no real issues, they can play dead by daylight no real issues, there are some lag but not really bad. its play able. the keyboard was janky from the start the speaker didn't really connect or work the webcam doesn't work with the discord ap but does for the web browser. ( we still don't know why) over all they love it. they Stream with us so they wanted something that would work and their laptop took a dump. we looked for options this came up and i bought it worried it may not work but we haven't really had any real issues ... show more

I ordered this PC to use as a Trading/Business PC. I am putting together an office in my home and honestly the LED lights got my attention. I am not much of a gamer, but I do value performance. HP is a good brand and the specs listed are typically what most businesses run. I was excited until I began unpacking it lol. The cord sent for the monitor was not a standard HDMI. There isn't even a fitting for it on the back of the PC. I had to use my own HDMI cable. The Wi-Fi dongle keeps disconnecting. I am currently working on resolving that issue. Overall though it's what I paid for, and I like it. With a few minor upgrades it will get the job done and make me happy. ... show more

    • Had trouble at first but Tech helped and the pc ended up being amazing
When I first received the pc it wouldn't load windows and said press any key to restore MBR but wouldn't. Tech called me back and walked me through it to fix the problem. The pc is amazing, fast uploading and downloading along with wonderful game play. Thank you Tech for helping me!!!!

Unboxed this computer after the 90 day returns deadline.... bought in July unboxed in December and the computer will not power on at all.... so it's a useless paper weight so far, we'll see how customer service works with this issue

    • Lack of performance
I purchased this supposed gaming computer solely for my wife to play an online game with her friends without using her phone. The game lags and cannot be played fluidly as she is able to on her phone. I wasn't impressed.
