I rated it 4 stars because you can't turn off the RGB lights. The fan works great and is infinitely adjustable. It is well-made with high-quality materials. If your laptop sits on it YOU MUST run the fan because the seal will keep the heat in if the fan is not running. The lights are a pain, although my 4-year-old loves them. yea for that. You can set the angle to about 5 positions, so overall, I like the product. Importantly, it keeps the laptop cool, especially during high-demand gaming sessions.
