We purchased this computer for my daughter for her birthday. She does a lot of online gaming and much of her homeschool classwork on it. She loves the backlit keyboard and tower and is able to control the color scheme with the included remote. You'll be hard-pressed to find a faster computer for the money. We had a little trouble initially with the WiFi adapter, but that was able to be resolved with a Google search. Bottom line, this little thing is hard to beat. Appearance looks great. Wireless internet adapter did not work had to replace. Pc runs extremely slow unable to use it for gaming. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas present .

This is definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.” The PC runs incredibly slow and takes ages to start up. It’s very frustrating for me, let alone my 9yo. The keyboard and mouse are cheap plastic, and the monitor is so-so. I’m not sure the sound bar works appropriately. It didn’t seem to keep a charge long. Never tried the web cam. I see there’s a 20% restocking fee if the seller decides the PC or components work fine. The PC does NOT work fine. It’s slow, it crashes, and it’s not a pleasant experience. Bummer. The computer did not work.. I sent it back promptly with all the pieces. The company changed me a restocking fee $126! The computer is only $300. This is a scam that needs to be investigated here on amazon. They will accuse you of stealing the monitor. Don’t waste your time or money

I wanted to wait until I had a chance to use this system for a bit before I did a review. I haven't had a truly new PC in over a decade. So when my backup laptop died, I had already been shopping for a replacement. This thing caught my eye because of the bundle price and the extras: the webcam and the mousepad. I didn't realize just how big this monitor was until I needed help pulling it out of the box. Holy cow, it is HUGE. I love it. I have been a dual monitor user for over 10 years and I had no problem at all connecting my old standby to this CPU. That one is 22 inches. The included one is 24 and yeah, 2 inches does make THAT much of a difference (see pic!) BTW...This thing has SO MANY USB ports! I had to get adapters/extenders for my laptops. NO such need here. I have everything plugged in, I mean extra peripherals, etc, and I still have open slots. Toe-curled geek joy here. I'm still figuring out the RGB colors on the keyboard, but I got the mousepad set up the way I like. I just wish I could turn the lights off on the mouse too. Not a big deal, just a passing thought. My only negative thoughts are: 1. The CPU/tower is much bigger than expected. My tiny table-used-as-a-desk desk is dominated by it, but I'm shopping for a replacement. 2. The included soundbar will not connect to the CPU via Bluetooth. The CPU doesn't see it at all. I thought it was the bar, so I tried it on my TV, same thing. However, the bar connected almost immediately to my cellphone. Not at all what I want to use it for, but I confirmed it does work, so I'll keep it and see if it's a user error thing. This is a minor thing since I use headphones for gaming and work, and the bar is AUX-capable. The cord is WAY too short, USB charging cable is too, but I can replace them for under 10 bux each so, not a returnable offense. 3. The controls for the monitor were hard to find and a pain to use. Once I found them I had to figure out which did what until I snapped a pic and kept that in front of me while I adjusted the settings. Mildly inconvenience, not a deal breaker at all, just a "well that could be better" thing. All in all, I am thrilled with the entire package overall. Worklife is much better, and my gaming soul is giddy with the graphical upgrade, as well as the MASSIVE combo drives. Delivery was...iffy. The box was damaged but it was only a container for the actual box that held the computer, so no harm was done. 9/10, would recommend... ... show more

It just got delivered today and here I am sitting on the phone with tech support trying to get it set up because there’s a bright yellow sign telling me NOT to plug in the monitor using the ONLY applicable ports based on the cords they provided. The one they want me to use would require a different type of cord. If I disregard instructions, plug it in anyway and there’s an issue do I lose warranty? Way to waste time while my kid waits ... show more
