No scratches, no abrasions, very clean. After a couple of hours of charging it powered up immediately and booted into the Windows 10 set up. I purchased this unit to use in my radio shack. I will do no heavy computing on it. Much of the time it will be a glorified data terminal hooked up to my ham radios. For this purpose, despite its age and memory it should work perfectly.     • Great Value, But Charger Port Is a Fatal Flaw
I really wanted to like this laptop — it has good performance for the price, solid specs, and would easily be a 5-star value if not for one major flaw: the charging port. On the first unit I bought, the port broke, forcing me to return it. I gave it another chance with a replacement, and the exact same problem happened again. For other buyers: be aware that the charger port is a serious weak point, and without a reliable way to power the laptop, all the good features mean nothing. For the seller: this issue needs to be addressed in refurbishing and quality control. Everything else about the laptop is excellent, but the power port failure makes it unusable and ultimately a waste of money. ... show more

I was skeptical because of the reviews but mine works great. It’s nice and small like I wanted and the tablet feature is awesome. Runs smooth and pretty quick, battery life is pretty good. I ordered like new and can only find one small scratch in the back, everything else is fine. Wi-Fi connects good, it’s easy to use and I love it had a webcam and HDMI port. I was skeptical because of the reviews but mine works great! Nice & Small like I wanted & The Tablet Features is Awesome! Runs Quick & Smooth. Small Issues with the Battery, The charger that came with it was not the correct one bought the correct one from HP. Also came with a sticker skin for top/bottom I assume to cover the scratches! But other than that it's a Good Lightweight Computer/Tablet. Bought for Personal Use & Easy to Use while on the go. The Price was a Great Deal & Overnight Shipping! Bought this laptop. It will not work unless plugged in. The screen freezes and a notification from HP pops up saying defective/ malfunctioning battery, and that it needs to be replaced immediately to avoid damage to the device. Amazon, who sells replacement batteries, won't replace the battery. Now I'm stuck waiting on whomever sold it to me, via Amazon, to decide how they want to handle this. I tried to cancel the account. They make you go to three different sites, and send you multiple codes. And when I entered the finally one, they said session expired. Now I have to call them AGAIN to keep them from robbing me. Horrible horrible dishonest business.
