The computer works fine but I thought it had Bluetooth built in. When I looking at it on Amazon I asked if it had Bluetooth and it popped up yes. But when I got it out didn't have it. Then I checked again and if you go to the bottom answer it says it may or may not have it. I just wish they would have been clear about it right up front. I have been buying from Amazon for many years, I really have had no problem (if I did have one) Amazon took care to make it right. When I got my package (HP computer) I was very happy with the HP computer, until I plugged it in, this battery will not hold any type of charge. So I don't know where to go from here. ... show more

    • No touch screen or separate number pad!
I wish some of the things listed on this. Omputer actually were there. Like a right hand number pad, no touch screen and the screen turns sideways, whenever I try to play games from a mame imulator!! Damn!! Other than that, it's a pretty solid PC.

still early yet, but have had no bugs or issues with the refurbished machine. have installed MS Office and several other programs, all of which are running just fine. pretty much like getting a new machine for less than 1/2 the cost.

Not great quality, not bad quality. Sits somewhere in the middle. It takes a long time to boot up. You can't run too many programs at once or it slows it way down. My gigablast internet is wasted on it. It serves the purpose, which was to do basic business. Definitely would not recommend if you need a fast, powerful computer, but it's fine if you're an older person, or someone just looking for the basics. ... show more

    • it would be bether with windows 7 insted of 10
the battery is maximom 4 houres that is to low and there is no tutch screen and finger print scaner dos not work on it there is no prodoct key in the back of the laptop for nider windows 10 or 7 it is upgraded to windows 10 pro wile this laptop is originaly made for windows 7 and as a result it slowes the laptop with windows 10 pro. it woulhhave ben nice to have the original windows 7 prodoct key comming with the laptop so we could go back to windows 7 on it ... show more

Finally I found the perfect HP 640 G1 with decent upgrades. This machine may be older but it does everything and anything I need. I could have bought a brand new Laptop of any brand but I specifically wanted the HP 640 G1. This is my 2nd one. They last forever.
