I've received the computer about 20 days ago, and it's fantastic. It is very responsive with all commands, has a great sound system, very lightweight and compact, very fast to use and to boot up, the keyboard is great, no scratches at all. The software, display, operating system, and hardware capacities are all incredible. The camera covering lid is also a game changer for me. It came in with the box and the charger, 0 details at all, except that some keys from the keyboard seem a bit dirty (see images attached) , which is the only downside I'm able to find with it, as well as the lack of a LAN port (which is something that I honestly overlooked while looking for a computer). I've only used it for 20 days so I'm not sure if the dirt on the keys is because of me. I tried a couple of games, and I would say that it isn't 100% optimized for gaming, which I don't really mind, since I bought it for university and work. Update Jan 7, '25: my laptop is randomly shutting off and restarting at the worst times: while I'm working on a project, on a Zoom meeting, etc. I've gone through the HP troubleshooting steps and downloaded the recommended software to correct the issue, but nothing has helped. The keyboard stopped working. I went to HP customer support. The man I spoke asked me for the product ID and serial number. He told me the advertised computer is different from the product ID and he would not be able to help me fix it even though the warranty has not yet expired. I think the keyboard stopped working because of a windows update. The next day, the update was completed and the keyboard started working again. I am overall satisfied with this computer.
