I did a lot of research on which laptop best fit my needs and wants. I wanted a laptop that could multitask on a regular basis and provide me with the best quality and performance while gaming, listening to music, running Photoshop and designing images, running laser engraving software, doing schoolwork, and streaming videos. The Omen 16 Ultra is absolutely amazing and fit all my needs and wants. I wanted an Intel CPU and Nvidia GPU plus enough ram and space to last me a good while. I went with the Intel Ultra 7 CPU and RTX 5060 GPU with 64gb ram and 2tb SSD. This combo is perfect for downloading all of my games and running all of them in the highest settings. It is also great for multitasking, which is my main way of working. I haven't had any issues with overheating or image degradation while playing games and doing running other things in the background. Thank you, HP UPDATE: The only thing I have noticed besides the sound issues others mentioned, is the power supply isn’t quite enough to maintain a full charge while running some AAA titles. Purchased as a desktop replacement. I haven't been disappointed. In the business world, I was a power user of financial database, spreadsheet, and data transmission. This PC lives up to anything I throw at it. Hooking up additional monitors is a breeze. Retiring to the Dominican Republic and it will be coming with me for sure. I’ve just unboxed the laptop and a few things stand out right away. First, the DDR5 RAM is rated at 4800 MT/s which is the baseline speed for DDR5 and not particularly impressive. Second, the display is fairly average and doesn’t really stand out in terms of quality. Finally, the speakers get the job done without offering much in the way of richness or depth.
