This replaced my ancient (in computer years) laptop, and it is heads above the old one. I do a lot of photo editing using Photoshop, and the speed increase is dramatic. I’m still trying to wrap my head around 2 terabytes of ssd storage since the old Mac Classic I started with Photoshop on (yes, I’m that old) had a 40 megabyte hard drive and I never thought I’d fill that.     • Great laptop, garbage charger..nvm garbage laptop.
I bought this laptop in Oct 5th absolutely loved it. Fast, lots of storage, everything i needed to support running two businesses...until tonight Dec 1st..and I realize the laptop is about to die..it's not charging.. I change outlets..still not charging.. The charger is dead, no juice coming through. Ive sent the seller and hp messages, so until i hear back I have to use my old laptop and hope everything has been syncing like I set it up to do. 😞 Edited to only give 2 stars as their warranty process is garbage too. I contacted the seller for a replacement charger and they want me to send my whole laptop back because the charger isnt getting power. Which i tested the charger to make sure that was the problem and there zero electricity coming thru the charger so why do i need to send the whole laptop back that has sensitive information on it? I picked up a charger from walmart, guess what..its charging now. UPDATE! its now January 7th and the computer completely shut down in the middle of working on projects and will not turn back on.     • Touch mouse pad is disappointing
So far my only complaint is the mouse pad is touchy and often fails to react in the way I am attempting to use it. I edit a lot of family photos and find this frustrating. I am getting better results with a wireless mouse

Bought to replace old outdated (drivers) computer, this one has so far proven to be a good buy. Set up was easy for knowledgeable user, as was transferring old data, it’s lightweight, fast and definitely a good buy. Highly recommend

I like everything about it except it needs more ports. I really think it's other wise a great lap top. Also you can add more external ports.

Excellent laptop with all the necessary features. I use this for phot processing in Lightroom and it handles all the complicated tasks quickly. Excellent monitor and touchscreen is a plus. Highly recommend.

    • Battery Dies Constantly
Unfortunately, you have to keep it on the charger for it to stay on it seems. It can't hold a charge. It's pretty big. I wish the keyboard would glow behind the lettering as they can be hard to see.
