Since the first time I used this laptop, I have experienced issues. Every single day, I encountered the Microsoft blue error screen at least once, sometimes more. In addition to this recurring error, two new issues started appearing: 1- A message stating, "The version of AMD software that you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD graphics driver." 2- A message stating, "Recovery: It looks like Windows didn't load correctly." Attaching screenshots of these errors. I submitted a replacement request to the seller within the designated timeframe. However, the tracking number they provided for the replacement was the same one used for the original, defective item. So, when I tried to check for updates, I only saw the delivery information for the initial laptop—not the replacement. An intentionally dishonest tactic. After a week of waiting for the new laptop, I asked for an update on the delivery, which was supposed to occur within 24 hours of the request. However, the response I received was that they do not process replacements, only refunds. Essentially, they wasted an entire week of my time with false expectations. Now, if I want to purchase the same laptop again from this seller, the price has gone up by $50. It feels like a scam. DO NOT BUY from the seller “PC Outlets.” ... show more

Horrible performance, based on the specs. Will not run smoothly even with graphics and performance settings turned down. NEVER again will I but an HP anything. Terrible quality
