My son got this for Christmas and he loves it. He can play all his favorite pc games and haven't had a problem. He recently had a problem when the pc would load everything would go black and nothing would work. I called tech and he had it fixed in 5 min. He had me download an app while I was on the phone and it was basically FaceTime so he could see the problem and specially show me how to fix it. He was super nice and I loved this! My son is so happy and I am too lol bc I thought I was fixing to have to buy something to fix it. This is a great buy and a great company to deal with so far. 👍 ... show more

I ordered this computer for my daughter for Christmas and we are happy with our purchase. We did experience a couple issues but they were resolved. The first issue was that there were no instructions sent with the package and I had the cable in the wrong port so the graphics card was not working properly. Once I realized that I had the cord in the wrong place it worked fine. The second issue I had was that the monitor appeared blurred. The text on the screen looked smudged to the right of the words. I called tech support and they resent me a new cable and once that was hooked up the computer was like new. The person I spoke with was very helpful and I am pleased with the speed and performance of the computer. ... show more

On Xmas morning our son opened this which of course he asked for & we hooked it all up n paid $30 for RUST etc etc & it wouldn’t even play it not even 1 game!! We hooked it up to an ethernet cable & all nada it was nothing but pixels all over the screen! Sadly he still hasn’t received a gaming PC being I had to send this one back to be reimbursed to be able to purchase an actual one. Thankfully it’s being delivered today. I appreciate being reimbursed but the company should of given a gift card to get something off Amazon or even their company being our son still believes in Santa this really really traumatized him as well as made him wait over a month to get his gift!! They were fast with reimbursement so I will give credit where it’s due!! ... show more

    • Decent PC but not for gaming
The good: this pc is very fast at booting up and running applications. No waiting for minutes for things to load. And with the tower there is room for everything to be upgraded. The bad: it is listed as a gaming pc and to that end it fails in its current state. While trying to run games one gets critical errors. Initially suspected it needed a ram upgrade to get it to work. Added 2 8g sticks and removed the 2 4g ones to get it to 16 gigs of ram but errors still persist. Attempted to update video drivers only to find that Nvidia no longer supports the old GT 730 so updated it to the last update for windows 10 but still won’t play. Also the processor is not supported by windows 11 so cannot upgrade to that. I suspect that installing a newer upgraded video card like the GT 1650 low profile will enable the games to play but that’s another approximately $200 dollar upgrade which I have not tried yet. So good machine for business and surfing the web and such. Gaming requires more work ... show more

I ordered a 4core5 system, it came with an upgraded i7 core, it didn't come with the monitor as promised, but was quickly fixed and shipped the next business day. The boot up and start could not have been any easier and I would definitely purchase from these folks again. ... show more
