I purchased this headset because my company provided on ear headset that hurts my ears after a few hours. This HP headset fits all my needs. The soft earpiece fits nicely over my ear without any uncomfortable pressure. They aren't great at noise canceling but I don't have a lot of background noise I need to block out. My co workers tell me the mic sounds great, but I am not 100% sure about the noise canceling on that either. Overall I like this headset and it fits my needs. These are my favorite headphones for my remote job. They do a great job at blocking most of the external sound. I work 16 hours a day most days and these are the most comfortable I’ve found to wear all day.

I had to take off a star for the following reasons. 1. It came in a box that was all torn up. Obviously it was a return, which is fine, but I wish it was mentioned somewhere. 2. The ear covers don't quite fit snugly and they are not the most comfortable for a long time. 3. The sound is super sensitive so I have to reduce the device sound every time I put them on. I would just leave the laptop volume low, but I need to hear chimes from Teams when I don't have the headphones on! 4. I think the mic may have a little noise because it doesn't have a foam wind screen. Otherwise they work well for me. I have to use a 3.5mm jack microphone with my work laptop because the built-in one is damaged and USB mics don't work either. Also, mine came with a splitter which I didn't need to use. ... show more

Perfect for work setting or gaming and noise canceling works great. However I've only had these for 2 mths use for wfh , and the microphone and the jack quit working on me today with work and I paid good money for headset I can not use , so I'm little disappointed because I did love these .

Purchased this product for my 10 yr old grandson and was EXTREMELY disappointed to discover that the USB function does not work in ANY HP laptop!!! WTH??!! Amazon MUST do better with their choice of 3rd party sellers/vendors and their fraudulent product details! This seller should be ashamed to mislead consumers with their false claims that the multiple connection options are operable!!!
