After having it for e weeks, I got a blue screen that u couldn't get out of. I called HP and technician basically said it crashed (after just 3 weeks of use,). Took about 2 hours to get everything all updated and working again.

Review Image by Worst laptop ever!! I bought this computer so that I could use it for work. When I tried to download Citrix so I connect to my work Network it would not let me do it. So I tried to download Chrome it would not let me do it. So basically this is a useless piece of metal and plastic I have no use for now I have to go to Best Buy and actually buy a real computer that will let me use it for work. This is the worst consumer experience I've ever had what a piece of junk.
Worst consumer experience ever. Worst computer ever completely useless. I bought this computer for work. All I wanted to do was download my Citrix so I could connect to my work Network. The computer is locked it does not allow you to install any apps or any other programs. I was not even able to download Chrome it blocked that too.
