The HP laptop is really solid and well made. The performance is really great for office stuff with a responsive touchscreen and lots of memory for large file loads. Over all, this is a really great office laptop with great performance and speed.

I have only had this for a day, but so far I have had to plugged it in 3 times to charge it, 2 times it has been on charge for over 3 hours and did not take a charge. The time it took the charge, but only lasted 2 1/2 hours. Sitting with it plugged in now just to use it. Going to give it another chance and see what happens ... show more

I bought this end of January and by February 5 the battery would not charge. Tried to have them send me a replacement but that was not possible. I would have to return it and purchase it again. I went out of town and by the time I was back and had time to return it, I was pass the time to return. So now I am stuck with a laptop that I have to plug in and if it get unplugged I lose everything I am working on. so very frustrating since I paid a lot for it. ... show more
