I really like my new 17" HP Envy laptop customized by Computer Upgrade King (CUK). Purchased this through Amazon and got it delivered in about a week. This laptop is amazing. It is so much faster than my 12 year old HP Pavilion. With 64GB RAM, 2TB SSD hard drive, touch screen, SD card reader, multiple USB ports, it's almost everything I was looking for in a laptop. I miss the built in CD/DVD drive I had on my Pavilion but not a deal breaker as I purchased a HP external drive for this. Came with a few installed apps that I will never use so just uninstalled them. I was going to purchase the extended warranty for this but CUK includes a 3 yr warranty if they installed the upgraded components. Very nice in my opinion. It's taking a little while to transfer data from my old laptop and to get familiar with the new Windows 11. So far I've been very happy with this purchase.

Laptop started with issues with the speakers crackling. Has also had issues off and on of just freezing and it gets stuck on the HP logo on startup. It can take several days for it to resolve, this has happened since we got the laptop but the issues have become more and more fequent. No reply from the sellers..... Not really happy to have spent so much money on a laptop that barely works.

This was a great companion for my HP all in one desk top. I work form home and like a change of scenery now and again from just my desk in the office. But the programs that I run tens to run slow on most laptops. not this one!! This processor is super fast and can handle all the programs that I run, from the comfort of my couch!
