I ordered this laptop after reading reviews on a number of different laptops. This one had all the features I wanted, plus particularly the price point was right. Just got it today, so far it runs great, set up was quick and easy. Only downside, and it’s not that big of a deal, is getting out of windows 11. A little confusing but I got IT folks, so not really an issue. Any problems come up, you can be sure this review will change.

This laptop works great, the screen is large and clear enough that I can use it to work from home. The only anoinance is that every time a boot up. I get a message that there's some Intel driver to install and that one or more of my disc's is at risk. The troubleshooting is not helpful and I'm not an IT person.

device will not power up. the computer was shipped with the wrong power supply needs usb type c charging came with charger with round tip plug the computer doesnt have this style of plug not even sure they sold me what was advertised. SEEMED TO TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THIS COMPUTER WAS $799 ALL OTHERS CHARGE WELL OVER $1000 IF IT SEEMS TO BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS BUYER BEWARE AND AFTER CHECKING REVIEWS OF THIS SITE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE DISSAPOINTED.

I purchased the "Re-Newed" version of this laptop. I started using it a few days after it arrived. I immediately noticed HD wasn't super focused and the colors where off but I thought I could adjust them in settings and I liked the computer. After a few days and many attempts I threw in the towel and called HP Support. It was a complete waste of time. The agent didn't understand what I was talking about, couldn't advise me as to any color, contrast, tint settings and the call mysteriously "disconnected". She sent a worthless email a few minuets later. Frustrated, I then tried to "replace" the item but this wasn't a option so I had to "return" and repurchase the same laptop. The second laptop I received seems to work fine. No color, contrast or tint issues and the screen is in HD - I also noticed this second laptop has additional HD settings the first laptop did not have. Only 2 USB ports is a drawback but the ports are also near the back (farther away) of the laptop. All the ports are near the back. The sound isn't that great but I've got speakers. I had to remove a bunch of HP and Microsoft bloatware and I can't get it to recognize my printer. Besides those little grips, it's a nice laptop. So far, pleased with the purchase. Unhappy with the time lost on the faulty laptop first delivered.
