Been using this laptop for the past month and very impressed. Believe it or not it still showed 6 days left of the official HP 3 year warranty when I received it. I ran every stress test I could and no issues or problems with the laptop. Runs quick and everything works as expected. Was very clean and almost like new when I received it, excellent shape. I even gamed on mine a bit, works ok but not as good as my gaming desktop at home. Charges via both the standard AC adapter (blue tip variety) or a USB-C Charger connected to the laptop. Laptop is aluminum cased but not quite as hefty or thick as my older sony viao laptop it replaced. Well built none the less and excellent machine. Appears to be working. Clean with some scuffs on the case. The big issue is that the product description said this laptop has a MicroSD slot. It does not. It has a NanoSIM slot (which is broken-won't open) and a security card slot neither of which were listed, but not the MicroSD slot which I actually wanted. ... show more

Bought a refurbished hp computer. Got a “post error” as soon as we opened the computer. Error: real time clock power loss (005), which is basically the small chip that keeps track of the system clock. The computer is locked in the screen. Not sure how this wasn’t checked beforehand. Laptop seems to be working great (so far) Clean, really SLIGHT thin scratch on the screen, but for the price I won't complain. + and yes it does have this odd silver protective sticker on the backside of it (probably to hide scratches done by the 1rst owner) My issue ? The wrong power supply was provided with the laptop. It came with a tiny little 45Watt power supply when it's supposed to come with a 65 Watt one (referencing the HP website + my neighbor who has the same exact model I purchased from here.) Can someone please contact me about correcting this? The laptop gives me error pop-ups telling me "I'm not using the correct charger" + It is charging abnormally slow. ... show more
