There were about 5 keys on the keyboard which didnt work, so i had to use an on screen keyboard for a while, but everything else was as advertised and otherwise a good deal.

I've owned this for less than a year. The machine has had some issues since purchase. It started failing me just after the short warranty concluded. -The battery has to have a significant charge to boot. Even when plugged in you have to charge the battery for over 30 minutes just to get it to boot. It recycles trying to power on all the time but doesn't boot. Usually have to have nearly a full charge for it to turn on. My old laptop could be dead but if you had it plugged in would still boot and operate just fine. -The laptop doesn't wake after sleep mode from folding down the screen. It often will leave the screen on or when you open it freezes and the cursor and everything is stuck. Requires a hard reset to reboot. -The laptop often struggles to boot. About half the time I have to do a hard reset and the machine will try to turn on. I often either hear the fans turn on and it tries to boot but the screen stays dark. I have to make several attempts (over 5 minutes just to get it to load on many occasions). - Occasionally the matching can't go from your lap to a table without freezing. When gently placed on a hard surface it often freezes or is just barely bumped. Again nothing but holding down the power button for over 30 seconds fixes this. Hopefully, data is saved and I have to reboot. When it works I enjoy it... but it's not reliable for the cost. I do not think it's really "refurbished" or the hardware was checked very well. These issues should not have been happening. I wish I would have gone for a new machine now and spent more upfront despite having had much better success on other refurb electronics in my personal history. ... show more

We order laptops through this merchant for our company and 2/4 laptops came broken. one had a broken keyboard and the other has a bad battery. it wont stay charged without it being plugged in the entire time. once you unplug it, it dies. would not recommend
