This laptop had some unexpected features that made it a worth while buy. It converts my PDF to Microsoft Word document that one can edit. It has several desktops options for various users or to have various subjects that one may be doing research on. I've had three different desktops going at once. IF one has a word doc on the taskbar in Desktop 2, one will not see it in Desktop 1 or vice versus. IF your Desktop 1 browser tabs are full, one can open up Desktop 2 to coninue with a fresh browser. Very impressive and useful feature. Depending on one's internet provider, the laptop can be pretty fast. The 16" screen size is too small. In many times, I cannot see the full screen in the 110 size font, whereas with 17.3" screen one can see all of the screen in 110 or 120 size fonts. Thus, in way too many times, I have to reduce the 110 font size down to 90. The other con is the 60 Hz rating of the screen. With today's techonology, the screen should be rated at 120 Hz. I've had much less problems with this laptop than with my previous ASUS model that was a gaming laptop. The 32 GB of memory ensures a long running machine. IF memory is less than 16 GB, one will find the computer slow down as memory is sucked up by upgrading software such as Microsoft. Overall, I'm happy with this HP model although I've copilot turned off. I'm not anti AI, but I do want the capability to easily turn an AI on and off. I am currently using Lumo AI from Proton Mail. IF I could, my rating would be 4.5 stars, but I don't have the capability to properly rate it an additional half a star, thus, four stars it is. Would I buy this again? IF there are limited options to shipping a laptop to the Philippines, yes, I would buy this machine again. This is why I ended up with a too small screen that doesn't work well for me. This 16" size isn't HP's fault. It's something that I had to deal with due to limited availability of laptops that were available for shipment to the Philippines. The media could not be loaded. Used less les than a month, the laptop is unable to power on again. The orange LED light keeps blinking. With the help of the technical support from HP, they said it should be about the failure of the motherboard and suggest to do the return. I spent time on selecting & purchasing setting up the whole note book to fit for use, and finally returning with complicated procedure and packing. What a disappointing experience! ... show more
