I have to say I am really Impressed with this Item. accept for UPS leaving this pc out in the snow for I don't know for how many hours this Item arrived before the Delivery date wich was the 22-28 of Feb it arrived on the 17th The Box was almost perfect besides a small hole in the side to grab it with. The Foam was packaged Very professional it almost looks like they cut the foam to fit the Pc Very Nice Guy's The mouse and keyboard with a dongle are included but I haven't opened them and most likely will not be testing them. The PC itself is flawless I can almost see my face in the shine of the case . I opened the side of the case and its perfectly cleaned I didn't pull the processor fan but as clean as everything else is including all the fans and Board no dust 'everything is properly wired all thou I don't understand why there isn't a 24 pin on the motherboard but I digress I can say that if you are planning on using this for gaming you can. You will need to purchase a new Video card and a new Power Supply but the rest of this system will game just fine. as for the rest of you This Power supply and onboard video will work just fine for you with hdmi you can even watch it on your Tv you should have plenty of space with a 2tb hd and a ssd wich is used for Fast booting I have been running this pc for about 2 weeks now and the fan's are a little loud but no smell of anything burning of a fan sounding like its grinding rock's Setup was simple and very fast I recommend this seller and this Item if your looking for a decent little pc that can also handle a workload. New video Card and New Power Supply and you can't go wrong with the price honestly . Don't forget the special cable you are going to need for the powers Supply 6pin-24pin power connector if you are going to run a video card that requires its own power. IO Shield is Riveted to the case Buy Cable adapter buy new Powers supply and you will have a top of the line system 6pin to 24pin wire adapter Required.

This refurbished HP computer arrive well packaged protected by thick Styrofoam The case looks brand new and the interior is as clean as if it just left HP shipping. The computer booted right up, registration was simple and took only a few minutes. Everything about this unit works well, all the usb connections, audio out etc. The included wireless dongle connected to my router immediately. I did not use the included wired mouse because I prefer the wireless logictech mouse I’ve used for years. The keyboard leaves a bit to be desired. I tried it out, everything works but it’s too light and moves too much for my tastes. Also its pretty loud for a keyboard. Overall, I think this is the best money I’ve spent on a computer. As a point of reference my first was a Commodore 64 bought new. Just saying I’ve had some experience with personal computers. Anyway, great computer IMO.

I ordered this new -refurb desktop and keyboard system (and separately a 24inchHP monitor). (So, Yes This Review Is A RANT/Spoiler Alert: (OK, so IFixedTheDeviceMyself)or SO NOW It Works Review Of HP Elite 8300 Tower Desktop) After a great conversation with someone from the company over the phone, I placed my order. Unfortunately there were several changes made to the system prior to arrival which required me to troubleshoot/re-program several components which as you can imagine is very upsetting for a new purchase. As I explained just as it is illegal to sell a recertified mercedes made with damaged/defective parts, that same is true of electronics, and just like that new car smell from a brand new recertified vehicle, you are getting luxury technology for literally pennies upon what would otherwise be thousands of dollars. So, yes I was very upset about this irregularity. I called the asurion insurance while I was reprogramming the device and explained what I was doing and what was done to the machine that it would not otherwise function, nor install new freeware/software.. etc. Despite my known background with my CatholicChurch Charity Fashionweek Media Events and such, also I have a long proud background in medical surgery and lawyer Specialization, soUm, YES, I know how to turn computer on/turn computer off, so I was really just floored by what was wrong with my new/refurb electronic device.. And complained all about it in realtech/and consumer terms. And Amazon very kindly provided a partial refund in the form of a gift coupon for the desktop which was very helpful as I explained I was able to successfully repair the programming issue, and the machine now works fine and I will be keeping it but/ and would be requesting only a partial refund from the seller in the matter As the items were all fulfilled by Amazon, I explained that I had to repair all of the devices in some way and while (YES, it is doctor), like most Swedish with a professional background, my (JJ/aL) specialty is traditional surgery and law, so it was a bit stressful trying to repair and program the cpu/computer tower again, doing spot mechanical engineering, all while resting from an injury, but customer service jumped right in awesomely and I eventually did get the partial refund/gift coupon for both the repair issues with the new monitor and Desktop System that I have to spot-repair on my own. Thank you so much for your continued assistance! Amazon and Asurion CustomerService Grade So Far C+ But For the inconvenience of having to fix my own brand new equipment including the desktop/cpu AND monitor - Just to be clear the items didNOT match the description. As NEW machine must work when you turn device ON... so...just saying And Obviously everything looks awesome and works fantastic, NOW, after I reprogrammed the device myself, and everything...but as I explained, No I(jj/aL) am not your (as in dear customer fix your own computer, etc) tech support. And while, Yes, everything looks great now and works NOW, I Had To Fix The System Myself. Vendor/Seller Overall grade: D
