This PC is good for general use. I use it at work and does fine for what I use it. The first one I received was good but there was a software issue which was no fault of the seller so I returned it and got the same one just like it. This one was easy to set up. The PC had a few small nicks but it still looked clean and the inside of the cabinet looked brand new. No big deal that it is Win 10. This PC works great! I read reviews on a lot of similar PC's and think I made the right choice. It looks almost like new and performs great. Mine did come with a cheap mouse and keyboard but I really didn't need them anyway. Windows 10 was activated and set up was fast. It runs quiet and cool. The only issue I had, and it's my fault for not doing my homework, was that it takes a low profile video card and the one I had won't fit. Another frustrating thing, and this is HP's fault, I can't find out how much memory the onboard video unit has, and I've been all over HP's site. Update: The video memory is 2 GB. My bad. Update: Amazon won't let me review the same item twice even though I bought 2. I was so happy with the first one that I ordered another 2 days later. I'm just as happy with this one as I was the first. I was using older PC's but I can't believe how fast these are, and the real shocker to me was, they increased the speed of my internet by at least 30%. That was a pleasant surprise. Overall my experience with the company that refurbished this has been great.

The wifi thing was horrid, but i bought another and it works quite nice, i loved it its been 2 years and still in great condition, it blue screened maybe 3 times in its life span but besides its awesome, i use it for gaming and homework, good for office stuff. Bad for higher quality games, i cant even run fortnite nor would i want it, minecraft i can only run in 1.16 but 7 days to die is nice, and all source games, everything needs to be in lowest setting though! But i really do love it though its nice for what it was! Planning on gettin a better one but we will see! Mostly all because of graphics!

I thought I would get this just for simple bookkeeping, emails and writing letters. I am super happy to say my games all play well also. It is equal to my other desktop I paid almost $1000 for. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a home computer. I had one simple problem as the wifi adapter wasn't working well when I recieved the computer. BUT one simple email and the company immediately got back to me and sent me a new adapter which took care of the simple problem. I will order from this company again.

Only had it two days, the minute I powered it on It sounded like an airplane was getting ready to take off. Also, the TPM is only 1.2. And it's not set for a secure boot. That means it doesn't Meet the requirements to upgrade to Windows 11 ever. Also since I got it every time it boots up. I get a blue screen memory management error. Do not buy this item or from this company. I had a unit less than thirty days. It had memory issues choose. It wouldn't detect the network card for ethernet plus it has no Wi-Fi card. When I reached out to the Seller their response was to open it up and reseat the cards. Like I'm a technician, I think they just want you to open it up so that they can avoid replacing the unit i'm not stupid. I didn't touch the unit I went directly to amazon. Not good customer service from this seller.

I've been in the computer sales/service business for about 30 years and have never come across a better buy in used computers. These hey have been completely cleaned up so the inside looks like brand new. My strong suspicion is these are recycled business computers which were replaced for income tax reason at the end of their depreciation cycle. Apparently any faulty parts have been replaced and a brand new Windows 10 (without all the typical manufacturer garbage advertising software) installed on the hard disk. The keyboard and mouse were also brand-new in a box. My only change was to add a 500GB Solid-state Drive as drive C: and re-assign the hard disk for backup, then clone the HD to the SSD with AOMEI free Backupper Standard software. Using the SSD, speed is almost as fast as many new late-model machines, and is certainly adequate for my business and personal use. I actually bought 3 of these (slightly different models) which came from 3 different recyclers, all located in Canada, apparently closely quality-controlled by Amazon. They all worked on arrival but one quit about 2 weeks later. I had no problem at all with the recycler's customer support and got a replacement a week or so later. If you're looking for a good, solid standard workhorse PC I don't think you can beat these for the price and lack of hassle, (Note they don't include a monitor, but used flat monitors are also inexpensive). Sine I'm not a gamer I can't comment on their suitability but I doubt they would be satisfactory for the newer games.

Considering be renewed all I received in the box was power source plug. An of course the mouse an keyboard came with otherwise no Ethernet cable nor the cable for display on monitor. Had to purchase separately but overall. Works great I love it
