Bought this to replace an older printer scanner. Wanted to try refurbished product and am very pleased. Cost was great and the scanning and printing functions operate flawlessly with two people using it. Oh, did I mention, it's wireless connected too. Great value for small product.

The seller refunded my return very fast. This HP printer was a replacement of my broken HP printer - WHAT WAS I THINKING! I had issues with the old one and more ink cartridge issues with this new one. Sat on hold with HP customer service for over an hour on hold, finally hung up. I will NEVER buy another HP printer again. Cannon was so much more easy and prints quicker with no forced subscription! ... show more

Ok so I've been in printer Hades for about a year. My computer is kind of old but it's an apple all in one desktop which I prefer. The os can be updated so finding a compatible printer..ugh. liked Canon but they were unrecognized by my computer so they were useless. Tried Canon laser but way too complicated.     • Do Not Buy This Printer. It Will Betray You.
I’ve owned the HP DeskJet 2752e for two years, and it has caused more frustration than every other printer I’ve ever owned, combined. Even with brand-new ink, installed correctly and purchased specifically for this model, the printer insists there’s “no ink.” After multiple resets and re-seating attempts, it still refuses to print. Worse, it randomly disconnects from Wi-Fi and won’t reconnect—this has been a recurring issue since day one. The real kicker? HP now blocks third-party ink through stealth firmware updates, even though that wasn't made clear when I bought the printer. It’s a blatant money grab that leaves users stranded, often at critical moments. I just needed to print some important personal documents, and this machine flat-out refused to function. This printer isn’t just unreliable, it’s designed to lock you out unless you keep feeding it expensive HP-branded cartridges. Avoid this product at all costs. ... show more

Printer itself is OK. But now with the software update, you can only use HP Ink. Bought a laser printer instead. I will never buy another HP product because of this. Now I just use it as a scanner. I bought a simple Brother laser printer.

I appreciated that this printer was easy to install after downloading the HP app to my phone. The ink cartridges are very small so I assume that I will be reordering soon even though I do not print as much as I previously did. (There is less work.) The second time I used it- today- my computer showed that- the printer is not available- but then a minute later it responded. I am glad I have 90 days to truly see if it meets my needs and stays online with my internet service. ... show more

Quality HP printer which is very difficult to initially set up with having to download HP software , and then coordinate and matchup with hardware requirements. HP should be more customer aware and friendly and simply provide an installation disk as so many others do. By todays standards the printer is a little bulky in size but extremely light weight. Ink extremely easy install remove, Remote computer/laptop and iPhone and Android phone printing yet to be tested, highly recommend this somewhat difficult to install printer . ... show more
