It completly ceased working and would no longer turn on after the first week. The Laptop top covering had a bubble after I opened & noticed this after recieving, then began to completly peel off more with everyday. I was excited by the price and thought thst I would be okay if this lasted less then 1 year but this wasn't the case and like I said lasted no longer then a full 5 days. WHAT A JOKE! One thing that I did not understand was that this type of computer holds not a lot of data. It is not the best for streaming, playing games, apps or storing old photos. It's for the easy stuff, maybe to do homework and some research. Just keep that in mind before you consider purchasing or products like this. Because I used it gently and it feel apart, PLUS BROKE DOWN 5 days after recieving, I DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE to purchase. I purchased this HP Chromebook 14" G5 hoping for a simple and lightweight laptop to handle basic tasks like browsing the web, checking emails, and streaming videos. While it performs well for those tasks, I was disappointed with its speed. The Intel Celeron N3350 processor is simply not powerful enough for multitasking or more demanding applications. Unfortunately, this limitation wasn’t clearly stated in the product description, which could mislead potential buyers looking for a faster device. That being said, there are some positives worth mentioning. The Chromebook’s design is sleek and lightweight, making it easy to carry around. The 14-inch screen is bright and offers good resolution for watching videos, and the keyboard is comfortable for typing. Additionally, the device arrived in excellent condition, and for a renewed product, it looks brand new. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly laptop for very basic use, this could work for you.
