I wouldn’t recommend purchasing these laptops. I know it’s advertised as being refurbished and in excellent condition, but the condition part is not true. I ordered one laptop, and most of the keys on the keyboard weren’t working properly. It’s not useful when you need to type and put in passwords. I replaced that laptop with a second one just like it, and experienced the same issue with the keyboard, plus the screen kept freezing. It’s not worth the money or the headache. What’s hesitant at first due to some bad reviews but I got a working one seems to just be a hit or miss if you get a good or bad one. I’ve had no problems with mine else than it’s a bit of an older model but it works just fine for internet use.

The media could not be loaded. I have had no problem since I've had this it runs excellent it looks very new and I have had no problems whatsoever to all the other ones who have had problems with it maybe it's your fault
