UPDATE! After contacting the seller they had told me I was sent the wrong product. They offered to refund me the price difference or exchange the laptop for the proper one listed. I exchanged the laptop for the new one I bought and it was perfect. Looked and operated like new. Extremely happy with it and still works perfectly. So it looks amazing, Light weight, honestly wouldn't be able to tell at all it was refurbished. However, I'm extremely disappointed in the false advertising of the computers processor. It does Not have the quad core N5000 as advertised in the head line. It has a much less powerful Duel core N4000. I don't really have a problem with this. I bought this for college after my MacBook Pro crapped out and became a useless brick. I didn’t need anything expensive just something for college. I have a gaming laptop as well as a gaming PC both which are heavy and cannot be carried around all day. This laptop is lightweight and I enjoyed having the number pad keys on the right hand side, many of the cheaper laptops don’t offer this (my MacBook didn’t have it either) and this drives me crazy. It is on the slow side and sometimes the computer slaps you with the infamous “Not responding” error but other than that it does work for college. I believe with some added tweaks I could make this laptop much more efficient. Update: 7-22-19. Getting rid of the bloatware that was on my laptop helped a good deal. Google Chrome causes a strain on this particular laptop. I may try adding more memory (I have a laptop memory stick that has followed me for a long time now, I guess I found a use for this.) ... show more

I needed to get a new laptop in a hurry without spending a lot of money. I need a laptop for school and browsing. I love the color of my new laptop. I was able to complete my school work including a proctored test with ease. I am able to use 2 monitors with the hdmi and the usb ports. It is not the fastest and I am going to have to buy more memory but for less than 300.00 including the warranty, this refurbished laptop will do well for me. ... show more

its pretty heavy its not touch screen and its way over priced i could get a windows 10 computer with touchscreen for like 200 dollars and this one is 500 and not touchscreen cant handle any type of gaming and after 6 months the hinge broke so i wouldnt advise you buy this laptop.

Works great, it's very suitable for light gaming, examples - roblox, sims 4, and Minecraft. 500 gb of space is plenty for getting work done and stuff. And i love that it actually has a dedicated graphics card, you don't normally see that with a laptop this cheap. It's actually very capable of running high scale softwares as well, for example the first thing i downloaded when I got it was blender and i was SUPER suprised at how well it was able to run such a powerful software, and the graphics card helps. Also it's way bigger than I expected it to be, i'm used to using like school chromebooks which are super tiny if you didn't know, this thing is like a tv compared to a chromebook. And it's not only whats under the hood that suprised me, the design is awesome, it has sorta a red wood-like design on the keyboard area, and the back is a super bright matte red which I like. I wouldn't classify this as a super high preformance gaming pc or anything, but for 300$ this is definetly what you want if your on a budget and are looking for a powerful pc to maybe get work done, do some light gaming, or browse media with. its a nice color, lightweight, nothing came broken, it did come with a charger (I was scared it wouldn't because some reviews said they did not receive one) only wanted it for roblox, it works perfectly fine in game. when I clicked on the computer ad it said that it was a touch screen, but it lied. was a bit disappointed about that but it's alright. If I use one website frequently then it gets faster but if I go on websites that I never use then its slow af. but yeah. I like it. ... show more
