I was a little suspicious at first, as the cartridges came in a plain white box, although the printing included the HP logo. But the content of the box is genuine, I compared the cartridge visually to what I already had on hand and it's an exact match. Prints just fine.     • GENUINE TONER IS A MUST, BUT IT'S ALSO EXPEN$IVE
***** for Quality & Recycling Effort *** for Price Getting original toner for the HP Printer is a must. The print quality is excellent and dependable. It won't screw up your printer. HP has a great recycling program and you just return the used cartridge to HP for free. I've used the non-branded cartridges before and these were failures. Those lasted for a short time before having the quality fade relatively quickly. These were fairly inexpensive but I always questioned how it would communicate with the printer. I'm more concerned than ever that the non-HP would eventually damage the printer, so I've gone back to the OEM. The cost of genuine HP Toner is high so getting these in a two-pack takes the sting out of purchasing toner. HP would make a fortune if they just gave away the printers and sold the cartridges. (Just kidding!) I use these in my home office and just wish the HP Toner wasn't so expen$ive. ... show more

I have to buy genuine, aftermarket just doesn’t cut it. Your customers will complain, and you have no explanation why prints are light, or letters peel off, but with this, no complaints.
