So far so good, not had any problems with it after using it for almost two months. I have had to adjust to the Windows 11 after using W10 for years, but it isn't too bad. It has good graphics and sound, and it has the number of USB ports I need. I DID replace the wired mouse/keyboard with wireless, but that's due to personal preference. The ONLY things I don't like: the location of the headphone jack and the power button. They are both in the back (not bottom, front, nor sides like most other computers). It's annoying them being in the back because I have to move stuff and reach behind there every time. So bad design on that part. But if that minor inconvenience doesn't bother you, it's a good computer. Oh, and I'll also note that it looks like it has a CD-ROM drive, but it doesn't. So why they have a place there that looks like it, but isn't I don't know. ... show more

This is the slowest computer in the history of computers, slower than the 9 year old HP it replaced. With lots of memory and good reviews, I thought it was "blazing" fast, instead it is super slow. It is advertised as "2024" but it has a bottom of the barrel "2019" processer. It ,is worthless; I was fooled, I learned too late. Don't waste your money ... show more

This product is advertised as being brand new but it arrived in S mode. The processor is not good. It is like having a lawn mower engine to power a big truck. I would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with this HP computer. I was not aware I was 'renting' Microsoft office for a month and had to pay each month for life. It did not transfer over all items. I lost some of the games I was playing and now cant find them on the internet. I didn't care about the touch screen. All in all I wish I had never purchased it and want to return it. ... show more
