Its been a little over 5 months since I’ve bought this Chromebook and so far it has exceeded my expectations. It’s fast, small, very lightweight, and has a good battery life! The only negative thing I’d have to say is the low camera quality but that’s to be expected. It’s perfect for browsing the internet and completing assignments. It’s exactly what I was looking for! At first I was wary for buying a refurbished item but the chrome book I received was like new and have yet to encounter any problems. This is the second HP Chromebook we've bought this year, and the first touch-screen laptop we have. Long story short: all the kids love it. Even though it's a small screen (too small for this old guy to enjoy), they're very comfortable with it. The touch screen helps them with highly interactive work like composing music and editing images. If you understand and accept the limitations of a Chromebook, and only need to do web-based tasks, this is a fantastic device. And the price was unbeatable. The size, weight, battery, external ports ate what I wanted and received. The touch screen in very responsive with finger or pen. The HP Chromebook 11.6 / HD touchscreen / etc, etc.... is perfect for me. Easy to use at home and out on the run. The Android, Chrome, Lennox, OS give this little computer LOTS of POWER. There are many hundreds of software applications and web-extensions to down load. Will be buying my wife a like unit soon. - HAPPY ... show more

Touchscreen did not work right out of the box. No attempt to get it to work was successful. Several other reviews noted the same issue. I had thought that renewed tested products were tested to ensure they worked before they were sold but that was not the case with the device I received.

All the accessories were there. *The condition of it was so good , I would have never known it was a refurbished item at all. I`m very happy, It`s fast working, Has no dings or scratches on the body or the main screen.. Til this second , It`s still working great.! ... show more
