The media could not be loaded. Great laptop! Easy to setup! I have had this computer for some time now and honestly I’m thinking about getting another one just like it because I run a business and I need numerous screens sometimes and this laptop did and does exactly what I need it for. So far, this laptop is doing great! The battery life is good. I was hesitant to purchase a laptop online. It’s functioning properly. I wanted something with a little color. This HP had all the bell & whistles at a decent price.

Worst computer I’ve ever owned. I bought this to edit videos for my YouTube channel. First thing I tried to do was download the editing software. Super slow. Then it kept saying that it couldn’t download and couldn’t tell me why. So I tried to download another editing app and it said no memory available…. But my 2 1/2 year old outdated iPhone has room? The kicker was trying to get my stuff off of this laptop so I could send it back. I had customized everything and then when I tried to reset it, it kept saying “reset unavailable” (again, after taking FOREVER thinking about it…. How can a new computer with nothing on it be this slow???) Had to have a tech nerd friend help me clear everything. What a joke. ... show more
