This computer was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but UPS sent a note toward the end of the day that it would not be delivered instead of the 16th but the 20th. It arrived on the 18. In looking at the packaging it looks as if the seller did ship over night, but UPS was slow based on what I could tell. The specs were great on this computer and packaged well. So far everything working well. Backlight light and all. Read comments of different color keyboard and I purchased a pink keyboard cover that looks nice wit the black/smokey keyboard cover. Happy with performance.

This laptop is great, however when we first received it, there was a problem where the laptop would get the blue screen of death at least once a week. We have since not had a problem.

This is an impressive laptop, arrived as planned, unfortunately did not keep it because the 17 inches screen was too big to carry it inside the backpack . For an office laptop to keep it most of the time on the desk would work perfectly

UPDATE: No word yet from PCOnline seller. Since most laptops have one year warranty, thought maybe I'd be better off dealing with HP directly. Entered in my serial number. Hmmm .... says the laptop was purchased in August of 2023, therefore the warranty ended in August of 2024. So I'm thinking I was sold a used / returned item. Which really stinks. ADVICE: if you have recently purchased one of these from this seller, do yourself a favor and head on over to the HP website https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/detect/results and see if the purchase date matches when *you* purchased your laptop. The laptop *finally* recharged itself back up to 84% after 36 hours of charging. :( And in three hours, back to 12%. Bought this in May, feeling like $888 for 64GB RAM was a smokin' hot deal. Last week, battery would not fully charge. Then a few days ago, it went from 56% down to 1% in about four hours ... even though it was plugged in. Siiiigh. Went to Best Buy, ponied up money for a new charging cord. Nope. Stayed at 1% for two days. Don't be cheap with yourself. You get what you pay for. ... show more
