As a previous owner of a Dell laptop, MacBook and this HP Slim, this has been my favorite laptop of all of them! Great for business, you can tell it exhausted sometimes if you have too many tabs and systems running at once (granted I would have over 10+ tabs open in the browser and files and other apps open at the same time) you could hear the fan run but that was not a problem. I utilized the bing ChatGTP a lot and integrated file editing! The only I will say is the computer could have a better battery life. The computer would be on for about 3 hours straight with a full charge till it died and I work from home so that wasn’t a problem, but if I take my laptop out to work I would need to stay in an area where I could charge it. Unfortunately my laptop was smashed broken but I will be repurchasing the same exact laptop again! ... show more

The idea of refurbished products is an attractive idea. I thought it meant saving money by buying good, reliable things at a lower price, but unfortunately it means wasting your money. I bought this laptop three months ago because I study online, and I only used it to study and prepare homework, but it suddenly stopped working. Work, and when I called Amazon, they told me to contact HP because I have a repair warranty, and when I did, they asked me to send it to him, and I did so to send a message that I had to pay $317 to repair it, which is the amount I originally bought it for. If this is a joke, it is a very bad joke. Advice: Buy a new computer that suits your budget and has a warranty. HP I do not know what you were thinking when you printed the keyboard designations out, whatever this ink is, it's not dark enough and you matched it to the same color as the casing. So thanks to you guys or no thanks to you guys I had to purchase black keyboard stickers which I will have to put on the keyboard now because it's the only way I can see the characters of the keyboard because you used silver ink on a silver keyboard making this 'invisible'.
