This laptop has everything it boasts to have Pros: Speed Memory space Touch screen Display and sound quality is perfection The thinnest and lightest laptop I have ever owned Battery life while surfing and watching videos (average 7 to 8 hours I believe) Cons: The screen is extremely reflective so you need to bend the monitor at a degree which makes the screen viewable instead of viewing your reflection The keyboard has no back light so you cant see anything if your surrounding lights are off Overall for the price this laptop is definitely worth it even despite the cons ... show more

This is my first new computer in years. I’ve waited and waited and now that I bought this laptop, I’m glad I waited! It’s fast, responsive, lightweight, and holds tons of potential for me (or you)! The only thing that I miss is a keyboard backlight. My child’s laptop has a backlit keyboard and it’s awesome! But this was a Prime Day purchase so you get what they offer. My biggest complaint is the battery life. I got this because my former laptop (owned for 4+ years) stopped charging, but even this brand new computer doesn't have the battery life that my other did when new. I would think these features would improve with newer models, not the other way around. It's disappointing to get to the end of the day (with only minimal usage through the day) and run out of battery life before I'm finished for the night. Also, the keys are hard to see. The print on the keys is small and in a color/font thickness that doesn't contrast well with the keys, making it hard to see which buttons are which during the day and nearly impossible at night/in low light. And I'm in my thirties, but I feel old just saying I can't see the keys. I wish it came with a disc drive as well, but I guess that's gone out of style. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I mostly bought this to be able to play the sims 2 on here and it actually works! Some have also mentioned your able to play the sims 4 which is cool too. Also the laptop turned out to be an 15.6 inch with light up keyboards!!! :) It’s fast and lightweight as well.
