I bought this after my other laptop of 6 years finally died. This laptop works well. I’m primarily using it for everyday life stuff (bills, classes, entertainment, etc.) it’s very lightweight and easy to use. My ONLY gripe is the Microsoft OS. I paid for the computer and its subsequent software but I have to subscribe to use Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. I refuse to do so and it’s quite aggravating because you’re effectively locked out of the Microsoft ecosystem if you don’t subscribe for the Office Product. Google is free, I’m not a fan of their use of AI and their lax rules towards data privacy but it is free ... show more

HP never fails me, this little laptop is perfect for what I needed. Simply a backup device in the case of a power outage or traveling. Super lightweight, faster than I was expecting for it's specs and the touchscreen is a bonus. Had a power outage already to put it to the test. Had multiple tabs open, music running and Office tasks and after the 4.5hour outage still had 88% battery. Note, I do not think you could easily upgrade the ram or m2 drive or replace the battery as the unit is sealed. There is no consumer way to access the inside without removing OEM stickers and casing that would surely void any warranty so keep that in mind.
