La laptop no funciona la bateria. El sistema dixe que debe ser remplazada. Evidentemente sino se pone en la corriente ni siquiera enciende despues de dejarse “cargando”. No entiendo que algo tan obvio como la bateria no sea testeado antes de enviar un producto Mas internacionalmente cuando una devolucion es un dolor de cabeza, ademas muchas veces los transportistas cobran cargos adicionales para poder devolver que deben ser pagados por el cliente, ademas de compar algo con defectos prevenibles suma gastos adicionales.
