I bought two of these laptops for our church's next generation programs. We use it for basic things but most of our function is through google drive. This computer is slow and the internet connection is consistently horrible. It has gotten to a point that we cannot use it during meetings and it takes our team a very long time to actually get their work done. I do not recommend purchasing this computer. The internet on it only works when hardwired to the ethernet. IF the wifi connection works, it would be good. But it does not work. It took me 40 minutes to log into Canva because the wifi would not stay connected to the laptop, even though it worked fine on other devices at the same time. DO NOT BUY THIS! It isn't an issue of the internet or the provider because other computers work well without any issue. This is an issue of the laptop. Also, we bought two of these laptops and both of them have issues. They run slowly, respond slowly, and the wifi drops out while we are actively using it. IT'S HORRIBLE. Bad enough for me to come back and change this from a two start to a one star. ... show more

I use this laptop for home use only. I am satisfied with the specifications and usability of the laptop device itself. It is fast in comparison to my old Win 10 laptop that was unable to be updated to Win 11. One of the reasons I purchased this particular laptop was because of the lifetime license for Microsoft Office. My complaint is with the seller as I scanned the QR code to receive the e-delivery of the activation key and instructions and have not yet received it. I thought something went wrong with the request and attempted to scan again and received the message that only one ticket per code could be submitted.
