This computer became (within 5 months) not usable (slow, unable to run programs) . Upon trying to address the issue, it was discovered that the storage was around 64G not the advertised 576GB. There is not a way to address internal storage as the drive is fused. It seems that both the seller and Amazon are aware of the issue and continue to sell a machine that will make it through the return period but no farther. Do NOT buy! ... show more

**One-Star Review** I deeply regret purchasing this laptop from Oydisen WOWPC. The device was advertised as having 576GB of storage, but when I turned it on, it only had 57.2GB—completely misrepresented. To "fix" the issue, they sent me an external hard drive, which was defective from the start. It showed storage dates from 1899 (completely bizarre!) and broke shortly after, with the connector failing entirely. The laptop itself is unbearably slow, constantly running out of space, and useless for completing tasks efficiently. To make matters worse, Oydisen WOWPC has stopped responding to my messages entirely, leaving me with a defective product and no resolution. I now have to purchase another device, effectively wasting my money on this brick. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of their products are unacceptable. In all my years of owning laptops and computers I have never seen anything like this. The computer itself operates but has absolutely no storage on it for anything else but it's pre-loaded apps. I can't even download one simple audio recording program because there is not enough space on this brand new computer. For the money I paid and the HP brand I thought this would be a fully functional computer. It comes with an external hard drive for extra storage but does absolutely nothing I need it to do. I feel bad for anyone else who bought this. I chose the one with the most RAM but if it has no storage space there's nothing to run. ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP!!!! after spending hours trying to figure out why, after only owning this for 6 months, I had next to ZERO storage space on it, HP customer service informed me that the specifications and storage amount DOES NOT MATCH WHAT THE LAPTOP HAS on it. In other words, it has been altered or tampered with on the manufacturers part prior to even coming to me. I purchased this NEW in the box. It is supposed to have 576 BG of storage, but instead it has only 60 GB!!!!!!!!! I have wasted hours of my time trying to figure all this out. HP wont help me anymore, even though it should be under warranty still, because they say is has been altered and does not match the serial number specifications for the product!!!
