We got this laptop for my kid's online classes. It is absolutely dreadful the second school year in. We didn't even use it during the summer. It's the second month of school and we have no space even though we deleted every file, we have to restart the computer almost every use. Now we're struggling to log in because we have to consistently reset the pin. My husband builds PCs and even he's baffled by how bad this laptop is. It worked well the first year but at this point it's better off as a door stopper. Never buying an HP laptop again. They say you get what you pay but it shouldn't be $300+ out the window by the 2nd year. I would give it negative stars if I could. ... show more

I'm disappointed that the external hard drive was not included with the shipment of my computer. I am still waiting to hear back as to when I cam expect the hard drive to arrive.

I received this laptop with only 57 Gigs of internal storage. I was under the impression that the 500 plus gigs the headline touted was internal. It wasn't till I received that laptop and booted it up and realized that it only has 57 gigs internal and that they will send you an additional 500 Gig plus "ETERNAL" hard drive. I went back through my packaging and found no external hard drive. Went back and carefully read the description on this product and found that it does not send you the hard drive but a voucher for a hard drive. Thankfully it had not been thrown away before i realized this. I feel that this was some deceptive marketing and a lesson to me to always read the fine print when ordering from Amazon.
